The outdoor pool area was inviting and provided stunning vineyard views, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
The road leading to the property is quite dark at night, which can be a concern if you’re walking back after dinner in town.

The room had a beautiful view overlooking vineyards and a private outdoor stoep to soak in the scenery. The outdoor pool area was inviting, and it was pleasant just to kick back and enjoy a glass of wine from the estate’s own selection.
The room showed signs of age, with maintenance issues like a malfunctioning air conditioning unit and no space to store luggage comfortably. the lack of bathrobes and slippers in a non-budget accommodation felt off, and the facilities could benefit from a more easily accessible honesty bar for casual pre-dinner drinks.

We had an unforgettable stay with stunning views from our room and a fabulous breakfast that set us up for the day. Enjoying the outdoor pool and the tranquil garden was the perfect way to relax amid the beautiful vineyards. One thing to keep in mind is that the air conditioning shuts off during power cuts, but it didn’t spoil our amazing experience! 😊

The suite was fantastic—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We loved the private patio overlooking the vineyards! Plus, the thoughtful touches like local wine in the room were a nice surprise. The bed was super comfy, making it hard to leave in the morning. Only bummer was the air conditioning shutting off during a power cut. it got a little warm, but we made it work!

My wife says that a wood braai would enhance the experience.

We had an amazing time with friends! The setting was perfect, with beautiful vineyards and mountains. The breakfast was delicious every morning, and we loved having a private outdoor space. We played some tennis, which was a fun addition, and exploring the Wine Tram and La Motte Estate was a must. The staff was super friendly and offered fantastic service.
One downside was the air conditioning shutting off during power cuts, which made for some uncomfortable moments. At times, it felt a bit warm.
